Returns & Shipping

Ted & Olive Boutique have a strict 7 day return policy. We will refund the purchase price or exchange the products subject to the following conditions. 

1. All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and hygiene seals intact (if applicable). 
2. Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with our site policy and the Australian Consumer Law. 
3. Items purchased online can be returned in store with proof of purchase. In case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping.  
4. No return of sale items.

Postal service We post using Australia Post. Standard Shipping is 2+ days but being from a regional town please allow for longer delivery. 

Express Post can* be next day to Sydney/Melbourne however Australia Post does not guarantee this from Wagga Wagga.

You will be provided with a tracking number with your online order which can be tracked through the Australia Post website. 

Ted & Olive Boutique can not be responsible for any shipping delays or missing parcels. If you place an order before 4pm it will be posted same day. 

International orders are shipped as standard or economy via Australia Post, they may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Return process Please note all returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer. There is no refunds on sale items but we will issue you with a credit note to be used in-store or online. 

Please also note, once an online order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order. They must be returned to us in order to request a refund/credit.

To return, please email hello@tedandolive.com.au and we will advise you which boutique to post back to. Please enclose your order name and number.
